Dental Administrative Congress

In everyday working life, employees face demanding tasks and strive for continuous development as they always have to face new challenges. The ongoing development of digitalization in dental practices is very important. The lack of qualified specialist personnel leads to bottlenecks and represents an additional burden for the entire team.

Due to the high workload and limited time, there is hardly any room for further training. All of these reasons require consideration of a new concept. The experiences of the past few years have shown that daily challenges can also mean progress. The idea is to look for sustainable alternatives together and tackle them.

One suggestion would be to take part in an event lasting several days once a year to discuss current developments and actively participate in shaping the future in practice. Despite the integration of AI, the administrative area will be a continuously evolving process that needs to be actively shaped.

The combination of various workshops on Friday and lectures on Saturday offers the opportunity to either work on current topics in small groups or to discuss future-oriented topics together on Saturday.
