How do I update my listing in the Berlin Convention Finder?
You can update your listing in the Berlin Convention Finder at any time. Simply log in to your account, where you’ll find the editing tool alongside your user profile and dashboard – allowing you to manage and update your company details with ease.
Are changes to the listing subject to content review?
Yes, when you make changes to your listing, the editorial team at the Berlin Convention Office is automatically notified and will review them promptly. Once approved, updates are usually published within 48 hours.

Members of Partnerhotel e.V. receive a free pro account as part of their membership with an entry as a provider of event venues, service partner, or provider of supporting programs.
Is there a minimum term for a listing in the Berlin Convention Finder?
Yes, the minimum term for a listing in the Berlin Convention Finder is 12 months. If you register partway through the year, the membership fee for the first year will be calculated on a pro rata basis from the month of registration until the end of the year. The effective date is the first day of the month in which your registration takes place.
For the following year, you will receive an invoice for the full 12 months.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, unless a cancellation is submitted by the deadline via email, your subscription will be automatically renewed for another 12 months.
How do I switch to a different subscription tier?
You can upgrade to a higher subscription tier – “Basic” or “Pro” – at any time. Simply use the relevant option in your personal login area to adjust your subscription quickly and flexibly.
Switching to a lower tier – “Light” or “Basic” – is possible at the end of each calendar year. Notice must be given by email to berlinconventionfinder@visitberlin.de no later than 30 November of the current year (4 weeks before year-end). Your subscription will then be automatically changed to the selected tier from 01/01 of the following year.
Can I book different subscription levels for my listings?
No, only one subscription level can be selected per supplier. All additional listings will also fall under the chosen subscription level.
How can I cancel my Berlin Convention Finder subscription?
You can cancel your listing in the Berlin Convention Finder in accordance with the applicable notice periods. Cancellation of your subscription must be submitted by email to berlinconventionoffice@visitberlin.de no later than 30 November of the calendar year.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will automatically switch to the “Light” level (free of charge).
