Berlin Meeting Campus – Venues for Large-Scale Events

A Berlin Meeting Campus is a collaboration of several event venues located close to each other, functioning as a single event location.

Various locations – such as an event venue, theatre, and hotel – come together to form a Berlin Meeting Campus, offering flexible solutions for innovative, modern event formats.

What makes it special: There is not just one but multiple Berlin Meeting Campuses, all situated in prime locations within the city’s vibrant neighbourhoods. Each campus consists of two to six participating venues, whose proximity and cooperation create an ideal platform for your event.

With this concept, Berlin expands its already diverse range of event locations, adding even more possibilities – especially for large events, conferences, and congresses with flexible formats and from 500 participants onwards.

There are several Berlin Meeting Campus, all located in prime spots across different districts of Berlin.

• Step 1: Enquiry
  Submit your enquiry for your preferred Campus via the Berlin Convention Finder. Your request will be forwarded directly to all participating partners of the selected Berlin Meeting Campus.
  
  Example: You submit an enquiry for the Berlin Meeting Campus: Potsdamer Platz. This Campus comprises 6 different venues. Your enquiry will therefore be sent to ALL 6 participating venues simultaneously.
   
• Step 2: Responses
  You’ll receive follow-up questions, offers or suggestions for alternative dates from all the venues within the Berlin Meeting Campus.
  
  Example: The Berlin Meeting Campus: Potsdamer Platz consists of 6 independently operated venues located nearby. After initial contact, you’ll receive offers from 6 different venues, who can ideally co-host your large-scale event together.
   
• Step 3: Booking
  Impressed and ready to host your event across several venues within the chosen Campus? We’re delighted! Bookings and contract agreements are arranged individually with each of the Campus venues.
