Berlin Convention Finder: Prices & Subscriptions

The Light plan allows one free listing in each of the following three categories:

• Venues (event venues and conference hotels)
• Service partners
• Incentives

The first listing on the Basic subscription plan costs 480 Euro per year. Each additional listing costs 240 Euro per year.

Would you like to upgrade from Light to Basic or Pro, or from Basic to Pro?

You can upgrade your subscription at any time during the year. To do so, log in to your user account at convention.visitberlin.de. Click on your company name to access your user profile, then select the "Change Supplier Plan" button. You can then upgrade your subscription in the next step.

Please note: Changes to existing subscriptions are not possible from 1 to 31 December due to annual billing.

Would you like to downgrade from Pro to Basic or Light, or from Basic to Light?

You can downgrade your subscription at any time through your user account. The change will take effect on 1 January of the following year. Until then, you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of your current subscription.

Would you like to showcase another venue, service or incentive?

You can add new listings under "My Listings" in your supplier dashboard. Please ensure you check the terms and conditions of your existing subscription.

Important: Listings with a "Draft" status are also subject to charges. We therefore recommend completing your new listings and submitting them for publication as soon as possible after booking. This will help you make the most of your subscription benefits from the outset and ensure your business becomes visible to event planners as quickly as possible.

When you downgrade, you switch to a lower-cost subscription plan, for example from Pro to Basic or to the free Light plan. Your listing remains active, with the features and benefits of your new subscription plan. You can downgrade your subscription directly through your user account until 30 November. The change will take effect on 1 January of the following year.

When you cancel, you end your presence on the Berlin Convention Finder entirely. To cancel your subscription, you must send written notice by email to berlinconventionfinder@visitberlin.de no later than 30 November.

Our tip: If you're looking to reduce costs, we recommend downgrading to Light. This allows you to maintain a free listing on the Berlin Convention Finder and continue receiving event enquiries.

Log in to convention.visitberlin.de using your login details. Then click on your company name in the top right-hand corner to open your user profile.

Select "Change Supplier Plan" from the menu. Here, you can view your current subscription and choose your preferred plan.

Please note: You can generally upgrade to a higher subscription plan at any time. You can also downgrade your subscription directly through your user account. However, downgrades only take effect on 1 January of the following year and must be requested by 30 November at the latest.

There is no need to notify us separately by email when changing your subscription plan.

No. Each company has one account, and the same subscription plan applies to all listings within that account. It is not possible to combine Light, Basic and Pro.

No. You can publish your listing in both German and English at no additional cost.

Yes. You can update your listings at any time through your supplier dashboard. Once you have submitted your changes, the Berlin Convention Office team will review them before publishing.

No. The Berlin Convention Finder does not charge commission fees for event enquiries or any bookings resulting from them.

As a platform, we simply connect event planners with suppliers. All further communication and booking arrangements take place directly between you and the event planners.

Please note: Always respond directly to the event planner who submitted the enquiry, rather than to the visitBerlin Berlin Convention Office.

Paid subscriptions run on a calendar-year basis, from 1 January to 31 December.

If you register during the year, the annual subscription fee will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining months.

If you register for the first time in December, you can start using your chosen subscription benefits immediately. In this case, billing for paid subscriptions will not begin until 1 January of the following year.

Your subscription will automatically renew for another calendar year unless you cancel or downgrade it before the applicable deadline.

Cancellation – End Your Presence on the Platform

If you no longer wish to be listed on the Berlin Convention Finder, you can cancel your subscription and request the removal of your listings.

To do so, you must send written notice to berlinconventionfinder@visitberlin.de by 30 November of the current year at the latest. Your cancellation will take effect on 31 December.

Downgrade to Light – Maintain Your Visibility for Free

Our tip: With the free Light plan, you can maintain your presence on the Berlin Convention Finder alongside other suppliers from Berlin's MICE industry, with the flexibility to upgrade to Basic or Pro again whenever you wish.

You can downgrade your subscription to the free Light plan directly through your user account at any time. The change will take effect on 1 January of the following year.

If you cancel your subscription, your presence on the Berlin Convention Finder will end completely. Your listings and user account will be deleted on 1 January of the following year.

If you wish to cancel your subscription and have all your listings removed, please notify us by email at berlinconventionfinder@visitberlin.de no later than 30 November of the current year.

Our recommendation: Are you simply looking to reduce your subscription costs? Switch to the free Light plan instead. This allows you to maintain your presence alongside other suppliers from Berlin's MICE industry on the Berlin Convention Finder, remain visible to event planners and continue receiving enquiries – all without subscription fees.

You can downgrade your subscription directly through your user account.

No. Deleting a listing from the Berlin Convention Finder does not automatically cancel your subscription. Your paid subscription remains active, and the associated subscription fees will continue to apply.

If you wish to cancel your subscription entirely, you must explicitly notify us by email at berlinconventionfinder@visitberlin.de by 30 November of the current year.

Our tip: If you would like to maintain your presence on the Berlin Convention Finder free of charge, you can downgrade to Light directly through your user account instead. The change will take effect on 1 January of the following year.

From 1 to 31 December, existing subscriptions cannot be changed and additional listings cannot be booked. Changes will be possible again from 1 January.

One Free Pro Listing

As a member of Berlin Event Network (BEN) e.V., you benefit from an exclusive offer: one free Pro listing on the Berlin Convention Finder for the duration of your membership.

This gives you access to all Pro features, including videos, 360° tours and enhanced visibility in search results.

Additional listings are subject to the standard Pro subscription rates.

How to Claim Your Membership Benefit:

Register on the Berlin Convention Finder and select the Pro plan. We will verify your membership and apply the agreed special rates when billing your subscription.

Important: If your BEN e.V. membership ends, you will no longer be entitled to a free Pro listing. Unless you change your subscription before the applicable deadline, the standard subscription rates will apply.
