Food Safety Congress 2024
The 16th Food Safety Congress provides a platform for the leading minds in the food safety industry to discuss practical solutions and tackle the current and future challenges of food safety.
Over two inspiring days, the congress offers a wide range of insights, stimulating discussions and ground-breaking impulses. The food industry is currently facing a multitude of challenges: Geopolitical conflicts, a resulting energy crisis, raw material shortages and disruptions in supply chains are putting a strain on the industry's existing framework conditions and objectives.
Irrespective of this, the demands of climate change and the necessary transition to a more sustainable economy continue and lead to additional conflicts of objectives.
Legal requirements set further framework conditions. In this complex situation, targeted information and dialogue with sector experts from industry, retail, science and politics are more important than ever.
