Malzfabrik

Event location

Malzfabrik

Event location

The Gründerzeit red brick buildings of the industrial landmark Malzfabrik – Europes biggest malt producer in the past – offers unusual room for new impulses and creative dialog. Malzfabrik  is a great location for pictures, films and event productions, for product presentations, art exhibitions, parties, bigger company events ( in-and outdoors) and workshops. There are a lot of great locations for film and photo shootings in the original fabric halls and more, if you have at your disposal 9 buildings with almost 27.500 sqm and an open-air area of 15.000 sqm with several renovated event locations.

From a music label run by friends to the Malzfabrik event agency. In 2006, a network of artists and creatives came together, moved onto the heritage listed grounds of the Malzfabrik, and fell in love with every square inch of it. Through their passion for the place, the Malzfabrik event agency was formed, and this unique location with its distinctive spaces has been hosting all kinds of events ever since.

As exclusive partners in the field of events & locations, we contribute to the Malzfabrik brand and to sustainable events. And of course, this includes full service provided from a single source.

Whether as a film location or for an event, as the Malzfabrik’s primary leaseholders, we manage all short term rental requests. We know each room like the back of our hand, and are here to provide answers to any questions you may have. The location provides variety, charm and ample room to play with its extensive grounds, renovated event spaces and untouched factory floors. Before, during and after: we provide support in the planning, operation and follow-up of each event.

Commitment to sustainability

OUR MISSION:

We are a valuable partner of the Malzfabrik and enliven a unique location with mindfulness and transparency. We inspire responsibility and awareness in order to motivate our customers to hold environmentally friendly events.

AUDIOWERK BERLIN

AUDIOWERK BERLIN

Event location

With AUDIOWERK we have created a place for events, seminars, celebrations, meetings, online conferences, co-working as well as an experimental space for audio and acoustics in the center of Berlin.

Together with our partners, we have renovated and equipped the rooms in the Maggi factory (built in 1911) in a stylish, inviting way and to the highest technical standards.

Sustainability is also a major concern for your event. For this reason, we have a sustainability concept and have entered into partnerships with suppliers and service providers, most of whom have been concerned about fair treatment of people and nature for decades.

Commitment to sustainability

For us, sustainability is more than just a buzzword or a green label. We have been living it in many ways since our founding - of course with potential for improvement.

We have deliberately selected our partners and suppliers on the basis that they live and exemplify, mostly for decades, something that is supported by conscious and cooperative interaction with people, animals and the environment.

This naturally includes organic farming, fair payment of employees, suppliers and producers as well as complete ecological energy production.

Keeping all of this in mind, whether in the region, Europe, or with the farmers who grow coffee, tea, and spices "on the other side of the world", is just as important as thinking about energy and resource conservation.
