Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz modernises conference area

The Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz has renovated its approximately 1,000-square-metre event space. Germany’s second-largest hotel, with 1,029 rooms, is thereby strengthening its role as a venue for meetings, conferences and business events in the centre of Berlin.

The approximately 1,000-square-metre event space has been upgraded both in design and technology. The renovated event area comprises a total of eight conference rooms: six rooms on the second floor each accommodate up to 80 people. In addition, there is the “Döblin” ballroom. With 350 square metres of space and the option to divide it into two halls, it is suitable for business events, incentives, gala evenings and conferences. Depending on the room configuration, events for up to 350 people can be hosted here. A terrace overlooking Alexanderplatz complements the ballroom’s event space.

“We want to provide the perfect and inspiring setting for every event. Thanks to a welcoming ambience, flexible set-ups and modular catering options, we can respond precisely to the individual wishes of our guests – whether it is a small strategy meeting or a large conference,” says Jürgen Gangl, General Manager of Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz.

In addition, the cloakrooms, foyers and lighting concept have been redesigned. Sound-insulated doors and an optimised technical infrastructure improve acoustics, safety and the overall flow of events. The modernised conference area expands the range of centrally located event spaces in Berlin and strengthens the infrastructure for meetings and congresses around Alexanderplatz.
