Moving Camera is a non-profit organization based on the giant Camera Obscura boat in Berlin that promotes the use of art and photography for positive social change.
Your conference on this floating MEET+CHANGE location will enrich the lives of children and young people. On the one hand, you provide social added value, because the insights into photography and its origins will arouse interest, curiosity and above all creativity in children and young people. On the other hand, your event also promotes monetary added value, because the income from the MEET+CHANGE event is used to purchase photographic technology and maintain the ship. Equally valuable: the activities and social work on site will be given appreciation and visibility.
All internal operations are powered by solar energy, and they are seeking funding to make the Camera Obscura boat fully electric - to make it fully sustainable.
The floating platform has its home port in Berlin Neukölln but can call at any berth within the city at any time and has two bright event rooms - for up to 20 people.
Availability: Monday to Sunday with flexible times
Social sustainability has priority at MEET+CHANGE.
