The EUREF-Campus Berlin, located in the immediate vicinity of the ICE Südkreuz station, is a center for innovative, forward-looking projects that is unique in Europe, thanks to its carbon-neutral thermal energy supply and numerous research projects. With visionary foresight, we create events that are impactful and authentic. Since 2014, it has met the German federal government’s climate targets for 2045.

 

The 10 locations are real statements: architecturally striking and recognizable. Around the iconic gasometer, which connects history and the future, there are versatile event locations with combinable rooms, outdoor areas, and terraces for conferences, gala dinners, meetings, and complex event formats for up to 3,000 people.

With a carbon-neutral thermal energy supply, smart energy technologies, energy-efficient buildings that meet KfW or LEED standards, and numerous research projects, the campus demonstrates that the energy transition is both feasible and financially viable. 

 

EUREF-Event GmbH, responsible for event management, is strongly committed to sustainability. Our vision is to be Europe’s leading “Eventlocation+”, a place where we set new standards in innovation, architecture, and forward-thinking concepts. We put sustainability into practice in a variety of ways:

  • Smart Energy & Buildings: A unique mix of 10 listed and new “green buildings” (KfW 55, LEED certification), combined with a smart energy network and its own energy supply
  • Catering: Regional and seasonal - the focus is on vegetarian and vegan dishes
