When a New York–based billionaire and art enthusiast bought the building a few years ago, parts of it were still vacant. Since then, Fabrik 23 has evolved into a destination so unique it’s even been featured in the New York Times. It’s now home to craftspeople, artists, trades and creative companies.

The story of Fabrik 23 as an event Venue began in 2014 with the opening of the first loft, the Classroom. Today, each of our seven lofts – with capacity for up to 500 guests – creates its own immersive universe. These dreamscapes are crafted down to the finest detail to delight and inspire with their originality and authenticity.
