Sustainable commitment
At the Community HUB in the C2C LAB, we demonstrate how spaces can be designed to make a positive impact. Instead of building new structures, we focus on repurposing existing spaces, thereby avoiding additional emissions and resource consumption. The materials used were carefully selected: they promote a healthy indoor environment, are safe for human health, and are designed so that they can be returned to biological or technical cycles after use. Components are modular, easily replaceable, and can be sorted by type.
The HUB is part of a real-world laboratory where these approaches are tested and refined in everyday life. Events bring these principles to life and offer insights into concrete solutions—from material selection to interior design. The result is a space that demonstrates how buildings can not only cause less harm but also actively contribute to solving climate, environmental, and resource challenges.
