Sustainability is at the heart of our products and experiences. We work with selected, high-quality chocolates and cocoa products from transparent supply chains wherever possible, and with partners who promote fair trading relationships, direct collaboration with producers and regenerative farming methods such as agroforestry or permaculture. Where possible, we favour products that keep more value creation in cocoa-producing countries. In our tastings, we make these connections tangible by exploring origin, cultivation, processing and the question of how the chocolate industry can become fairer and more environmentally responsible.
