Welcome to Wellenwerk Berlin and Germany's first Deus Temple. In addition to the largest indoor surf wave far and wide, we offer an extraordinary culinary experience.

Whether in Bali, Tokyo or other beautiful places in the world, the Deus lifestyle lingers in your mind. Concerts, sporting events and parties are just as much a part of us as a special shopping experience and culinary highlights.

Are you looking to rent the Deus Temple or the Wellenwerk? That's great, we'll be happy to help you with your next company celebration, birthday or party in Berlin! Our event spaces offer plenty of space for a wide variety of celebrations with that special "AHA" touch. You can book our location whether you want to celebrate on a small or large scale, including a bar, a conference room, a beer garden or a wave area.

With its large panoramic windows and view of the surf wave, our Deus Bar & Cafe is a very special place where every drink is a delight.

In our restaurant, we pair regional and seasonal products with high-quality and innovative culinary craftsmanship. Our focus here is on sustainability, which for us means avoiding waste and using circular economy where possible.

From March to October you can enjoy cool drinks and classic beer garden dishes in our garden. In a relaxed atmosphere, without car noise and city hustle and bustle, you almost don't feel like you're in Berlin anymore. A little oasis in the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Commitment to sustainability

ELECTRICITY

All electricity comes from a gradient power plant in Austria and is 100% sustainable.

HEAT

The shaft's turbines produce an extremely high level of waste heat, which we pass on to the surrounding buildings as local thermal energy. The entire site has no heating system of its own, it is heated only with the waste heat from the shaft's turbines.

MATERIALS

During construction, the focus was on renewable raw materials. A lot of wood from Germany was used to keep the delivery routes short.

VENTILATION

The ventilation system is equipped with a heat recovery system.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

We use regional and seasonal products. We make use of circular economies where possible and work together with companies such as Viva con Aqua, Goldheimer or the Berliner Tafeln e.V.
