The Berlin Event Network e.V. (BEN) is Berlin’s central Eventnetzwerk – with members from all areas of the local events industry. In this form, BEN is one of a kind. From event agencies and venues to catering and technical providers, and shuttle services: BEN combines expertise and drives innovation in event planning across Berlin.

Berlin Event Board

This joint initiative by industry, urban society and administration aims to organise major events in Berlin more efficiently and boost their international competitiveness. The board includes zBEN Berlin Event Network, Berlin Partner, Clubcommission, Dehoga Berlin, Intoura Berlin, Messe Berlin, visitBerlin and visitBerlin partner hotels.

Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie

Berlin Partner supports economic growth in Berlin. Since 2011, Berlin has been part of the BestCities Global Alliance – a network of 13 MICE destinations worldwide. Members including Cape Town, Tokyo, Madrid and Vancouver represent the highest standards in event planning. Together, they focus on quality, inclusion and sustainability – economic, environmental and social – formalised by the Madrid Challenge. A clear advantage for event planners: reliable structures and global partners for events at the highest level.

The German Convention Bureau e.V. (GCB) represents Germany as a congress and conference destination worldwide. Global Destination Sustainability Movement

The GDS Movement (Global Destination Sustainability Movement) promotes sustainability in global event planning. The GDS Index measures cities' performance in terms of sustainability – ecologically, socially and economically. Berlin actively participates in the index in order to highlight its sustainable orientation as an event location. The GDS is a valuable guidance tool for event planners who are committed to sustainable events.

ICCA

The ICCA is a global network for the congress and events industry, with over 1,000 members in more than 90 countries. From convention bureaus and event venues to PCOs – this is where event planners find the right contacts and benefit from access to knowledge, data and networks. visitBerlin Partnerhotels

The visitBerlin Partnerhotels e.V. supports the professional interests of Berlin’s partner hotels through joint destination marketing. Founded in 1997, visitBerlin Partnerhotels e.V. is the largest shareholder of Berlin Tourismus & Kongress GmbH. Its aim is to support visitBerlin in destination marketing and to sustainably increase both visitor numbers and hotel stays in Berlin through high-quality promotional activities.
