BESTIVAL kicks off on 3rd July at Alte Münze– a creative event venue in Berlin-Mitte. The former minting facility provides space for art, culture, and events and represents the sustainable repurposing of historic urban spaces.

Evening location: Holzmarkt

We will round off the first day at the Long Berlin Night at Holzmarkt – a creative urban quarter on the banks of the Spree. Covering 12,000 m², Holzmarkt offers space for culture, events, creative projects, and urban nature.

Berlin is to be positioned through BESTIVAL as a leading sustainable tourism and event destination. The goal is continuous development across all areas of sustainability in order to set standards for the entire events industry in Berlin. This also includes the involvement of stakeholders.

To achieve this, a wide range of sustainability criteria will be implemented.

Sustainable Catering & Travel

BESTIVAL focuses on vegan/vegetarian catering with regional products, eco-friendly travel to and from the event, and CO2 reduction through sustainable procurement, such as choosing local service providers and resource-efficient materials.
