Personal encounters are the lifeblood of our industry – and that’s exactly what BESTIVAL 2025 was all about, the unique business festival of the MICE industry.
On 3 and 4 July, Berlin became the meeting point for over 500 event professionals. For two whole days, it was all about networking, discovery, learning and experiencing the diversity of Berlin – with fresh inspiration, exciting formats and plenty of #BESTIVAL spirit.
Programme BESTIVAL 2025
At BESTIVAL 2025, the Alte Münze – a former minting hall – became a stage for powerful voices and fresh ideas: international speakers – thought leaders, creatives and industry experts – offered inspiring insights into the future of the event world. Topics such as sustainability, inclusion and innovation took centre stage in keynotes, panels and interactive formats.
Between programme highlights, live acts created a true festival vibe: the Heart Chor moved the audience with heartfelt vocals, Berlin DJ icon Annie O brought the sound of the city’s nightlife, and artists such as Douniah, Eva Be and Justin McConville showcased the diversity and emotional depth of Berlin’s music scene.
The perfect way to round off the day was at Holzmarkt – with its creative atmosphere right on the banks of the Spree and its typically urban Berlin spirit. An ideal spot for relaxed networking over a barbecue, cool drinks and new encounters under the open sky.
On the second day of BESTIVAL, participants headed out into the Kieze. On exclusive tours through various Berlin districts, they had the chance to discover extraordinary, sustainable and innovative event locations – on site and with fascinating first-hand insights.
We brought things to a close together at BRLO Berlin – with good food, cool drinks and plenty of conversation. Two packed days full of impressions and encounters drew to a close. And one thing was clear: BESTIVAL is and will remain something truly special.
