For us, sustainability begins with the use of the historic buildings at the Stadtgut Berlin-Buch. The listed barn continues to be used as an event venue, rather than creating new spaces for events. At the Zum Speicher restaurant, the focus is on regional and seasonal produce. The barn, restaurant and hotel are all situated on the same listed site: this means that meetings, catering and accommodation can all be combined on site. We tailor further measures to individual requirements when planning events.
