SPARK Berlin | Upper West operates within the Upper West tower, which holds DGNB Gold certification, recognising environmental quality, economic efficiency and sociocultural impact. The building is one of Germany's first hybrid towers, combining hotel, office, retail and hospitality use in a single structure rather than spreading that activity across separate sites.
For event planners, the most immediate factor is access. Zoologischer Garten station is a five-minute walk and Kurfürstendamm three, with Berlin Hauptbahnhof ten minutes away. Delegates arrive on foot or by public transport, with no shuttle logistics or parking provision required.
