Event Leadership combines two services that event organisers rarely find under one roof: the placement of experienced event freelancers for senior roles, and the complete delivery of projects as an event agency.

Freelancer Placement

We fill the roles a project rests on: overall and project management, production management, workstream and team leads, budget and trade responsibility. For congresses, conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions and corporate events in Berlin and throughout Germany. Our pool has grown organically over the years, every freelancer joins through a personal recommendation from within the network, and we therefore know their formats, their way of working and their role in a team. When an enquiry comes in, we know straight away who to call. Including at short notice, when someone drops out mid-project. That way you reinforce your team reliably and without building permanent headcount.

Event Agency

Not every project can be delivered by individual freelancers. As an agency we take on the concept, planning and delivery of your live communication in full, from setting objectives to the post-event review. For each assignment we assemble a bespoke team from our network, led by a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact. You are booking the same people we otherwise place individually, simply as a complete team.
