We at Butterstulle Catering would like to—and are able to—contribute to making your event as environmentally friendly as possible. In line with your wishes, we use many seasonal, regional, and fair-trade products from organic farming and humane animal husbandry. Butterstulle Catering is organically certified (DE-ÖKO-034 Kontrollstelle) and undergoes regular inspections.

Our electricity doesn’t just “come from the socket.” For a long time, we have been “on a short leash,” sourcing green energy from regional providers and thereby making a valuable contribution to a climate-neutral Berlin.

Avoiding long transport routes when sourcing ingredients, realistic quantity planning, and the mindful use of food are also a matter of course for us. You can taste that—it’s delicious, enjoyable, and adds quality of life!
