Nachhaltigkeit beginnt für uns mit der Nutzung der historischen Gebäude des Stadtguts Berlin-Buch. Die denkmalgeschützte Scheune wird als Veranstaltungsort weitergenutzt, statt für Events neue Flächen zu schaffen. Im Restaurant Zum Speicher stehen regionale und saisonale Produkte im Vordergrund. Scheune, Restaurant und Hotel liegen auf demselben denkmalgeschützten Gelände: Tagung, Verpflegung und Übernachtung können so vor Ort kombiniert werden. Weitere Maßnahmen stimmen wir bei der Veranstaltungsplanung individuell ab.
