Bonvivant stands for creative, vegetarian–vegan fine dining with ever-changing menus based on regional and seasonal ingredients, some of them even hand-picked during our own herb-foraging trips. Whether for brunch or dinner, we combine what seems foreign with what feels familiar, always with great attention to detail.
To complement the food, we offer an unconventional beverage pairing: our own signature drinks (including non-alcoholic options) that go far beyond the usual standards.

Commitment to sustainability

At Bonvivant, sustainability is an integral part of our concept: we source regionally and seasonally, and apply low-waste principles in both the kitchen and the bar. This reduces our footprint while supporting local agriculture.
Equally important to us is social sustainability: we provide vocational training, offer dual study programs, and invest in hands-on learning as well as continuous professional development.

We view sustainability holistically, beyond the boundaries of the restaurant. Our goal is not only to avoid emissions, but also to create a positive handprint: through community engagement and transparent communication that inspires others to join in.

Safety & hygiene instructions

Bonvivant meets all legal safety and hygiene standards. This includes a HACCP-based system, documented cleaning and temperature checks, as well as allergen and infection control measures. The team receives regular mandatory training in hygiene, occupational safety, and fire protection (including fire extinguisher instruction and evacuation drills), as well as first aid. Escape and rescue routes are clearly marked, and responsible staff and first responders are present on site.
