Sustainable commitment
At Bonvivant, sustainability is an integral part of our concept: we source regionally and seasonally, and apply low-waste principles in both the kitchen and the bar. This reduces our footprint while supporting local agriculture.
Equally important to us is social sustainability: we provide vocational training, offer dual study programs, and invest in hands-on learning as well as continuous professional development.
We view sustainability holistically, beyond the boundaries of the restaurant. Our goal is not only to avoid emissions, but also to create a positive handprint: through community engagement and transparent communication that inspires others to join in.
We are certified by Sustainable Berlin with the highest possible rating of “Leader.”
