The flexible and multifaceted building with generously sized rooms, intimate studios, a large sun deck and terrace along the Spree is ideal for creative artistic formats, as well as, upscale conferences, symposiums and media productions.

Spread over six stories an event space of approximately 2500 m² (26,909 ft²) is available and can accommodate up to 800 people. radialsystem has two highly sought after outdoor spaces: the Spree terrace with its own boat dock on the ground level and an exclusive roofed terrace, the “Deck”, located on the third floor. A unique highlight is the contrast between industrial architecture and modern design.

You enter the building through the tall glass foyer where the bar is also located. The Main Hall (“Halle”, 578 m² / 6221 ft²) lies in the center of the building where the still functioning historical crane bridge can be seen. Theatre-styled seating is available on bleachers, which can be expanded upon request to seat up to 365 people. The Hall (“Saal”, 394 m² / 4240 ft²) is located directly beside the Main Hall in the former boiler room and opens up towards the banks of the Spree with large arched windows. The room has a spatial feel and flow as it leads directly to the terrace through a large double winged gate. With its transparent structure of glass and exposed concrete the “Cube” (50 m² / 538 ft²) is given a very unique architectural character through a gallery on the second level creating a ceiling height of over six meters. Studios A (392 m² / 4219 ft²), 1 and 2 (each 196 m² / 2109 ft²) are located in the southern wing of the new addition on the top floors and offer a stunning view of the city and the Spree through their floor to ceiling glass façades. Spread out over 230 m² / 2475 ft², three ateliers and two smaller multifunctional rooms are located on the first level.
