At the new remise, we place a high value on using materials and food in a mindful and resource-efficient way. For our catering, we collaborate with regional partners and prioritize seasonal products and short supply chains. Beverages are served exclusively in glass bottles.

In the heart of urban Berlin, our green garden offers a sheltered retreat for breaks, outdoor workshops, and greater biodiversity in the city. In addition, solar panels on the roof cover part of our electricity needs, helping us reduce our ecological footprint.

We also promote sustainable mobility: The new remise is easily accessible by public transportation and offers bike parking for guests who wish to travel in an eco-friendly way.
