Caraya Coffee is a roastery and mobile coffee bar based in Berlin. We only grind carefully selected specialty coffee in our mill. Using a professional portafilter machine, we prepare the following for you and your guests:

  • Espresso
  • Americano
  • Cappuccino
  • Flat White
  • Doppio

and, if you like, freshly brewed filter coffee from a Moccamaster

all available decaffeinated as well

Of course, we also bring:

  • Chai latte
  • hot chocolate
  • a selection of teas
  • soft drinks on request

Our setup is fully customisable. We usually arrive with our stylish white electric Ape, which fits comfortably through almost any door. This means both outdoor and indoor events are possible.

Example: small setup (day event, private celebration):

With our single-group portafilter machine from unicapro, we can prepare 60–80 drinks per hour, making it ideal for smaller events. At the same time, we can provide freshly brewed filter coffee in thermal flasks for self-service, ensuring a smooth flow.

Example: large setup (meetings, coffee breaks):

If many people want coffee at the same time, we come to you with several baristas and machines. Thanks to our extensive network of freelance baristas and mobile coffee bars, we can cover almost any scenario in Berlin.

If, for example, 500 people need to be served coffee at the same time, we can offer two coffee bars, each equipped with a two-group espresso machine operated by two baristas.

Alternatively, and for even larger numbers, a mixed setup is also possible, combining freshly brewed filter coffee (replaced hourly) alongside portafilter machines.

Sustainability

Sustainable commitment

Our sustainability promise starts with coffee cultivation and ends with you enjoying it in your cup:

  • We source our green coffee ourselves and pay the producers directly on site in Bolivia.
  • Only organically grown coffee goes into our bag – uh, cup! That means coffee grown without synthetic fertilisers and without pesticides.
  • We roast using organic liquid gas in Berlin. More precisely, in Neukölln. Just around the corner.
  • Short distances, covered exclusively by e-mobility: our coffee Ape is electric.
  • Our portafilter machine from Unica Coffee in Switzerland is the most energy-efficient on the market, and its components are made from robust, sustainable materials such as metal and wood – no plastic.
  • On request, we cater using porcelain that we rent in Berlin and return afterwards. For less waste.
  • Our milk drinks are also as regional as possible: wherever feasible, we use fresh milk from Brandenburg (depending on temperature and event size).
