In the BESTIVAL Masterclass COMMUNITY, we discovered how networks become communities. We analysed best practices, experimented with unique Berlin-based communities, and learned how projects and initiatives can support a shared vision. Participants also discovered how to engage event attendees and integrated them into these communities. The exchange of experiences helped foster knowledge for innovative event formats. The two-day program provided space for exchange, reflection, and inspiration.
