Double success for BESTIVAL: More than 1,000 international guests attended the international Best Practice Festival of Berlin's tourism and event industry on July 6th and 7th, 2023 – a new record for the business event. Over the course of two days, experts were introduced to the latest offerings of the capital city through presentations, workshops, and site inspections.
This makes BESTIVAL the largest showcase event of a destination worldwide.
Sustainable BESTIVAL
In 2023, we set ourselves the goal of having our sustainability measures for BESTIVAL officially certified – and we succeeded: we achieved ISO 20121 certification. We are proud to have acted as a role model and successfully implemented BESTIVAL as a carbon-neutral event.
The entire conception, organisation, and execution of BESTIVAL adhered to the criteria of Sustainable Meetings Berlin. Naturally, we aim to maintain this achievement in the coming years, and it is also our goal to demonstrate to participants how to successfully organise sustainable events.
