At the Heeresbäckerei in Berlin-Kreuzberg, it was recognised early on that environmentally responsible and sustainable action is essential both today and for future generations. Out of conviction, the Magazin at the Heeresbäckerei has for many years placed great importance on material- and energy-efficient processes. From the very beginning, the venue has focused on working with local partners in order to meet the commitment to short travel and transport routes as well as the preference for regional products.
The in-house furniture is also an important element of the sustainability strategy, as this aspect goes hand in hand with the responsible use of resources.
Since 2021, we have been a certified partner of Sustainable Meetings Berlin and are proud to hold the Advanced Performer label.
