Nicholas Hahn, Berlin Master Chef 2025, is the new Executive Chef at GOLVET. His cuisine is defined by technical perfection and creative ingredient treatment. Through various techniques such as smoking, fermentation, and dehydration, he coaxes unexpected facets from every ingredient. This approach promises GOLVET guests a modern taste experience that goes beyond traditional Michelin-starred dining.

The spectacular view from the 8th floor, right across from Potsdamer Platz, plays a central role alongside the masterful culinary offerings. The high-end, purist interior has been kept consistently dark to sharpen the focus on the panorama.

And as guests enjoy the evening in the restaurant with its open kitchen or at the integrated bar, a spectacular wide-angle view over Berlin unfolds before them.
