We are a Christian guest-house and conference venue nestled in the park-like grounds of the Evangelischer Diakonieverein in the south-west of Berlin. It is an oasis of peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of city life or an exhausting day at a seminar.

We offer modern and bright seminar rooms for conferences and other events with a capacity of up to 100 participants. One of our most popular highlights is our chapel with an organ in the gallery - perfect for wedding ceremonies or grand plenary sessions. You can enjoy our spacious garden area for breaks or outdoor events as well. A total of 43 rooms in our guesthouse are designed to provide you with a cosy atmosphere in a setting with a historical flair.

The wooded and watery surroundings lend well to extensive cycling tours, hiking or swimming in one of the lakes nearby. Whether you want to enjoy a short holiday in the peace and quiet of nature or explore the lively city centre of Berlin / Potsdam and its culture - you can have the best of both worlds here.

We are very well connected to public transport and as a result you can reach your destination comfortably and without any hassle.

Commitment to sustainability

The guest-house and conference venue of the Evangelischer Diakonieverein Berlin-Zehlendorf e.V. is especially distinguished as a social entrepreneur: We take pride in our employees who have been with us for many years, they are paid according to the collective wage agreement, there is a pension scheme, additional pension insurance, temporary employment accounts and further and advanced training opportunities in our in-house competence centre for education. Transparency is a top priority in the work of the Diakonieverein. That's why we have joined the Transparent Civil Society initiative. We procure our energy supply through natural electricity.
