Event location

For meetings, seminars or incentives - EISEN74 is a light-flooded pavilion from the 1970s in the beautiful Akazienkiez district. It offers you a flexible space of 125 square meters for up to 70 people with a modular room concept, modern technology, high quality standards and an awareness of resources.

The industrial-style pavilion consists of a room measuring around 90 square meters and a slightly smaller conference room measuring around 18 square meters, which is separated by a glass wall.

Movable furniture, curtains and various room solutions give you as much space as you need. Our Konfi serves as an additional separate room for smaller groups.

We provide you with everything you need for a successful event - and offer a wide range of additional services such as catering and decoration.

We work together with local service providers from Schöneberg and thus offer the ideal venue in Berlin.

Commitment to sustainability

Our furniture was designed by interior designer Jonas Klock using reusable materials such as wood, steel, cotton and glass. Our lamps and accessories are restored or upcycled original retro pieces. We avoid plastic as far as possible and use environmentally friendly cleaning agents.

With our modern presentation system from Studio Tools, we can work paperless with a 75” monitor and up to 8 whiteboards.

We only use electricity from renewable sources and offer packaging-free catering solutions.
