On our walk through Volkspark Hasenheide, we discover the diversity of this park, which has much more to offer than negative clichés. One highlight is the Neukölln Zoo, but the rose garden and the numerous sunbathing lawns also offer pure relaxation. Open-air cinema, adventure playground, mini-golf, a skate park and an educational tree trail offer a wide variety of visitors space for recreation and leisure. But Hasenheide also has a lot to offer in terms of history and politics: the former entertainment temple "Neue Welt" (New World), the Jahn Monument and the Trümmerberg (Rubble Hill) invite you to rediscover the history of Neukölln and Berlin.
