    Das Futurium ist das Haus der Zukünfte. Wissenschaft, Kultur, Politik und Gesellschaft treffen hier zum Austausch auf Augenhöhe aufeinander. Unter der Leitfrage „Wie wollen wir leben?“ denkt das Futurium die Bereiche Mensch, Natur und Technik zusammen und stellt unterschiedliche Zukunftsentwürfe vor. 

    Das Futurium liegt direkt am Berliner Spreeufer, zwischen Reichstag und Hauptbahnhof. Seine außergewöhnliche Architektur setzt ebenso auf klare, skulpturale Formen wie auf Offenheit und Zugänglichkeit. Sie können hier zwei unterschiedlich große Veranstaltungsräume und das Foyer für Ihre eigenen Veranstaltungen zu gesellschaftlich relevanten Zukunftsthemen mieten.     Das Prinzip der Nachhaltigkeit ist tief im Selbstverständnis des Futuriums verankert – vom Gebäude über Ausstellung und Veranstaltungen bis hin zum täglichen Handeln. Der Bau erhielt mit dem Gold-Zertifikat die höchste Einstufung im Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen für Bundesgebäude (BNB). Das fortschrittliche Energiekonzept des Hauses setzt auf 100 Prozent Ökostrom, bindet durch eigene Photovoltaik und Solarthermie erneuerbare Energien ein und integriert Technologien wie Wärmerückgewinnungsanlagen.

    Durch seine zentrale Lage ist das Futurium hervorragend mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Fahrradstellplätze unterstützen darüber hinaus die nachhaltige Mobilität. Das Futurium fördert Vielfalt und Inklusion durch barrierefreie Räumlichkeiten und berücksichtigt besonders die Barrierefreiheit bei der Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen. Ressourcenschonend können Sie für Ihre Veranstaltung die vorhandene Veranstaltungstechnik sowie das hauseigene Inventar nutzen.
