You’ve already created your listing and want to update the content? Excellent! Keeping your listing up to date ensures your offers remain attractive to event planners. Got new photos from a recent shoot? Show them off! Your address has changed? Let us know!
Naviguate to your dashboard where your entries are listed. To do this, click on your username in the top-right corner and then select “My Area”.
You will now see your listed entries. Click on “Edit” to the right of the entry you would like to update.
You will then be guided through the four tabs in which you can make your changes.
It is best to click “Save changes” after each update in every step. You will find the button at the bottom of each page when you scroll down.
This ensures your changes are saved as a draft. Nothing will be lost, and you can continue at a later time if needed.
Please note that drafts are not visible online, meaning your entry cannot be found by event planners and its potential remains unused.
We therefore recommend completing your entry and submitting it for approval as soon as possible to ensure maximum visibility.

How do I delete photos?
To delete a photo, follow these steps:
- Open your entry and go to the "Images" section.
- Click "Remove" directly next to the photo you want to delete.
- Important: Do not click "Edit" first and then "Remove". This is a common mistake.
The photo is now deleted. You can then submit your changes for approval.
Categories and facilities
Show event planners what makes your offer stand out.
Select all categories and features that apply to your services – this ensures you appear more accurately in filter results and are found more often by planners.
Downloads
Use the downloads section to provide relevant documents for event planners – such as floor plans, brochures or information sheets.
Adding downloads in the German entry
- Navigate to the “Categories & Facilities” tab within your entry.
- Scroll down to the “Downloads” section.
- Click “Add download”.
- Select the document by clicking “Choose file”. The document will then be uploaded.
- Enter a name for the document in the “Description” field.
- Click “Create download”.
- Save your changes by clicking “Save changes”, or select “Submit changes for approval” if you have finished your updates and wish to publish them.
Adding downloads for the English version
- Go to your dashboard and select “Translate” from the dropdown menu next to your entry.
- Navigate to the “Texts & Media” tab. Here you will see the German documents you previously uploaded.
- Click “Edit” to the right of the relevant document.
- Then click “Remove”.
- Upload the English document by selecting “Choose file”.
- Add a name for the document and click “Update document”.
- Save your changes via “Save changes”, or choose “Send changes to review” to submit them for approval.
Save as draft
You can save your changes as a draft at any time and continue later.
Please note that drafts are not visible online, meaning your listing’s potential remains untapped and planners won’t be able to find it.
