25. TOURISM SUMMIT - Federal Association of German tourism industry
This year, the topic "There has never been more beginning than now: Tourism between an upswing and challenging conditions" will be discussed as part of discussions between politics, science and the industry.
Challenges such as bureaucracy, necessary investments in infrastructure, the need for sustainable transformation, social polarization and new regulations pose significant challenges for Germany as a business location, which particularly affect the tourism industry. How can we react to that? And what measures must politicians take to ensure Germany's future viability?
This year too, two federal ministers will appear as speakers at the anniversary summit: Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection Dr. Robert Habeck and Federal Minister of Justice Dr. Marco Buschmann. They will present their political approaches on how Germany can remain attractive as a business location for the tourism industry.
The program is supplemented by three panels as well as a series of keynotes and short lectures in which numerous prominent representatives from the tourism industry, politics and science will have their say.
