The new “Preferred Partner” feature allows you to link up to five suppliers from Berlin’s MICE industry that you enjoy working with regularly under your own listing.

Your personal recommendation reflects the particular reliability and professionalism of the supplier listed and can make event planning easier for customers.

For example, you can refer to catering suppliers, technical service providers or other companies you frequently work with.

Remember to ask your chosen supplier to mention you too. This way, you work hand in hand and benefit from maximum visibility on both sides.

Log in with your usual user details at convention.visitberlin.de and navigate to your listing via “My area” in the login section at the top right.

Click “Edit”.

In the first step, under “General information”, you can recommend up to five partners you work with regularly or would particularly like to recommend to your customers.

Please note that the relevant partner must already have a published listing in the Berlin Convention Finder. Only then can they be selected and linked as a Preferred Partner.

Simply enter the name of your chosen partner in the field. The autocomplete function will help you find suitable listings quickly.

Tip: Search for the partner in advance using the keyword search in the Berlin Convention Finder. This allows you to check whether a published listing already exists.
