What achievements and problems have the almost five years since the Euromaidan brought to Ukraine? What are the chances for a changed political culture in Ukraine? What is the constitution of the parties before the presidential and parliamentary elections in 2019? What are the prospects for electoral reform? Do new alliances have a chance to establish themselves? What significance do the regions and regional elites have for the election campaign and the elections?
We would like to debate these and other questions with opinion-forming multipliers from Ukraine and Germany.
