Congress fund for Sustainable Meetings

Basic funding

25 euros for each in-person attendee and day

The event:

has at least 50 in-person attendees and lasts for a minimum of one day (at least 4 clock hours)

is held in a booked event space in the State of Berlin wich is subject to a fee and directed to a professional, industry or trade audience

By complying with sustainability criteria, the event achieves 300 points from the four categories of the Sustainable Event Scorecard.

Hybrid supplement

You receive a further + 10 euros for each in-person attendee and day

The requirements for the Basic Funding must be met.

The event:

has a hybrid design, i.e. is held in Berlin as an in-person event and simultaneously as an interactive digital event

Supplementary support (Decentralized Meetings)

An additional 10 euros for each attendee and day

The requirements for the Basic Funding must be met

The event takes place simultaneously at several venues in Berlin that have been booked for a fee. Participants are connected to each other with the help of online platforms and they are present at one of the relevant event locations in presence

In total, up to 35 euros funding for each in-person attendee and day
